joinerydotcom is a dynamic, fast paced cabinetmaking business situated in Devonport. Operating for over 20 years, joinerydotcom specialises in manufacturing internal joinery for new builds and renovations, including kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanity units, etc. We have a reputation for quality work and service.
Our staff of 16 includes the signature blinds team who supply and install custom made blinds to both the domestic and commercial markets.
The person we are seeking will have at least 10 year’s experience in office administration. As the first point of contact, you will have responsibility for greeting all clients – face to face, via telephone and/or email. Assisting our Estimating and Design teams, you will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a team player, but someone who is mature, proactive and able to work unsupervised. Experience in the joinery industry would be an advantage.
You will have an extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office and the Xero accounting program (or similar). You will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, be able to proritise the daily work-load and multi-task effectively.
This full time (38 hours per week) role is dynamic and varied.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Human Resources/Payroll
- Xero expertise
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- General administration duties as required.
