Are you our new Customer Experience Consultant?

Once a upon a time there was a Tasmanian-owned customer

 owned bank that could. Like all great stories, this one has the perfect setting (Tasmania), believable and memorable characters (our customers and our community) and some interesting plot twists (um, COVID).

Bank of us is the only Tasmanian customer

 owned bank, but what does that mean exactly? It means that we care about the communities we do business in. It means that any profits we make go back into the business, so we can keep making our products great and our services even better. It means we place people at the heart of banking, for real.

To help us do this, we’re looking for a customer service superstar who is excited to help us place Tasmanians at the heart of banking!

About you

While previous banking experience is a bonus, what’s really important is your positive vibe that makes every customer

 interaction exceptional. This means you’ll have a passion for delivering out-of-this-world customer service and a knack for uncovering all your customer’s needs.

Most importantly, you’ll be a consistent and dependable high performer who will Live it, Love it and Own it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours.

What you’ll be doing

In this fantastic opportunity

 you’ll get to work in our North West Customer Experience team, where your number one aim is putting customers first. You’ll deliver amazing service and ensure all your customers banking transactional needs are met (including deposits, withdrawals and opening new accounts) and because you really care about your customer, you’ll go the extra mile to find other ways

 to boost their financial wellbeing through insurance and lending referrals.

Of course, for you, this is a walk in the park, as you always give stellar service and take the time to figure out just what it is our customers really need.
