The Opportunity

You will be the first point of contact for our customers across the state, delivering a quality customer experience with every interaction. We have a range of full time permanent and fixed term vacancies to various dates in 2023.

The position attracts a total remuneration package of $69,412 per annum (including superannuation).

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver a quality customer experience in our contact centre via phone, web, email and letter.
  • Engage customers to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide a solution.
  • Perform billing and payments processes.
  • Maintain customer related data.
