To join our tribe as our new Customer Sales & Service Consultant, you’ll not only be vibrant and super-enthusiastic, but you’ll also have a passion for delivering out-of-this-world customer service. Oh, and you’ll have a knack for identifying customer needs and be keen to learn a thing or two about basic lending.
When our customers contact us by phone or online, it will be you on the other end and your number one aim is to put our customers first. Of course, for you, this is a walk in the park, as you always give stellar service and take the time to figure out just what it is that is in the best interest for the customer.
Based at our Corporate Centre in Devonport, you’ll be a permanent part-time member of our awesome Contact Centre team, working up to 4 days per week (Monday to Friday). We have multiple opportunities available so let us know in you cover letter if you have restrictions on the hours/days that you can work.
If you punch above your weight, reaching operational and sales targets and can communicate well, while taking care with details then you’ll be really successful in this role.
