Key technical skills

  • This position will be suitable for a trainee.

  • If you have relevant 6+ months experience in a similar role raising and closing IT tickets as well as excellent phone manner and customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Be a quick learner with a proactive approach in addressing a clients needs in a timely fashion

  • Any Desktop skills or experience would be an added bonus.

  • Capable of producing informative low-level technical designs and communicating to non-technical audiences

  • Ability to write technical documentation and reports

Remuneration.

The successful applicant will be paid according to the Business and Equipment Award traineeship scale.
